Pension Designs, Inc. was founded in 1957 as a pension actuarial firm to develop retirement plans for a wide range of businesses. Pension Designs, Inc. also provided comprehensive insurance and financial consultation services to establish and manage the full array of employee benefit plans and executive compensation plans for its client base, on both a qualified and non-qualified basis.

PDI Financial Group, Inc. was established in 1999 as an affiliate company of Pension Designs, Inc., in an effort to concentrate fully on the employee benefit, investment and insurance services provided to the Pension Designs, Inc. client base.

Since 1999, the diversity of our client base has grown and the realm of services offered has widened. PDI Financial Group works with over two hundred clients, providing consulting services to the large and small employer in an array of professional and service industries.
